Getting started
Getting started
Send us a note via the Contact page, our WhatsApp channel, email, or the “Tell Us About Your Project” form. A consultation is free and gives us the information we need to scope your project properly.
Your brief, marking rubric, university instructions, module learning outcomes, word count or technical scope, deadline, referencing style, and any professor or supervisor feedback so far. For technical projects, add datasets, sample code or requirements documents.
Yes. WhatsApp is our fastest channel for briefs, rubrics, screenshots, feedback files and urgent clarifications during working hours.
Pricing and revisions
Pricing and revisions
On consultation. Pricing depends on level, subject, scope, word count or technical scope, urgency, methodology or data complexity, expert requirement and any high-stakes review needs. We share the quote before work begins.
Reasonable follow-up clarification and revision are included within the agreed scope. Substantially new instructions, a change of topic or methodology, or a scope change may require a new quote.
No. We keep the wording flexible rather than promising unlimited revisions — because that language is unrealistic and often untrue. Feedback rounds are scoped to your project and stated upfront.
Integrity and boundaries
Integrity and boundaries
Whether external academic guidance is permitted depends on your institution’s policy. TutorsHive provides guidance and mentoring rather than completing or submitting assessed work. Students should check their university’s rules on external support.
No. We guide, mentor, review, explain, structure and improve your work. We don’t write assessed work for you, submit work on your behalf, or provide undisclosed ghostwriting or ghost development.
These disciplines have real professional consequences and go through an additional workflow: Guidance & Draft → Subject-Expert Review → Independent QC → Academic Integrity Check → Student Handover.
Technical projects
Technical projects
We help you clarify requirements, plan architecture, review your own code, explain errors, guide debugging, support documentation and prepare for viva or presentation. We don’t build assessed submissions on your behalf or provide undisclosed ghost development.
No. TutorsHive does not sit live assessments and does not complete take-home tests that will be submitted as the student’s assessed work. We prepare students for assessments through tutoring and practice.
Experts and matching
Experts and matching
A matched combination of academic experts, technical experts, QC specialists and — for high-stakes disciplines — external subject specialists. Matching considers subject, level, university system, methodology or tool requirement, deadline, complexity and expert availability.
No. This is a wider registered and extended network. Experts are onboarded and matched per project. We don’t describe the network as full-time or on-staff, because that isn’t how it works.
Communication and turnaround
Communication and turnaround
We aim to respond within one working day. Urgent WhatsApp enquiries are reviewed as quickly as possible during working hours.
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. International student support is handled as per urgency and expert availability.
Ready to move forward?
Send us a note via the Contact page or WhatsApp — we’ll come back to you.
A note on our commitment: We guide. We don’t ghostwrite. Every service on this site — including this one — runs inside that boundary.
