01
The service provider
TutorsHive Private Limited is an academic and technical guidance service for international university students. TutorsHive provides guidance, mentoring, review and feedback support — it does not complete assessed academic work or build assessed technical submissions on students’ behalf.
02
What TutorsHive provides
- Research and writing guidance — dissertations, methodology, literature review, data analysis, editing, viva preparation, essays, case studies, coursework and reports
- Technical and IT project guidance — programming, software development, web application, database, AI/ML, data analytics, MATLAB, final-year projects, technical documentation and coding assessment preparation
- CV, resume and LinkedIn guidance as an adjacent service
What TutorsHive does not do: complete assessed work on your behalf, impersonate you, submit work on your behalf, sit live assessments, fabricate data or results, provide undisclosed ghostwriting or ghost development, or promise guaranteed grades or outcomes.
03
What we ask of you
- Provide accurate requirements — brief, rubric, deadline, professor feedback and correct methodology or structure guidance
- Share supervisor feedback in a timely manner so we can guide you effectively
- Review drafts and take part in the guidance process
- Use TutorsHive guidance ethically and comply with your university’s rules on external academic support
- Make timely payment as agreed in the quote and invoice
- Not represent TutorsHive guidance materials as your own submitted work without proper student authorship
04
How and when payment is due
Advance payment is generally required before guidance work begins. For larger projects, payment may be structured as a deposit plus milestone payments, with the balance due before final handover. Exact terms are stated in the quote and invoice.
Payment channels currently supported: PayPal, Remitly, bank transfer and Indian payment channels where applicable. Currencies supported: GBP, USD, AUD, CAD and INR depending on payment route.
05
What revisions are included
Revisions and follow-up clarification are included within the agreed scope of your project. New instructions, a change of topic or methodology, delayed professor feedback that arrives after project closure, or scope changes may require a new quote.
06
What happens if something goes wrong
TutorsHive does not offer automatic cash refunds once guidance work has started. Where a refund or adjustment is approved after internal review, it may be provided as service credit, revision support, partial adjustment or reallocation depending on internal review, scope, delivery status and fault assessment.
07
Raising a complaint
- Submit a written complaint via our official email or contact form with order/project details
- Internal review by support, QC and management
- Response within a reasonable timeframe depending on complexity
- Unresolved issues escalated to management for final review
08
Your responsibility and ours
TutorsHive is positioned as a guidance service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our guidance complies with your university’s policies on external academic support. TutorsHive will not accept engagement to complete assessed work, impersonate students, submit work on students’ behalf, fabricate data or results, or provide undisclosed ghostwriting or ghost development.
09
Guidance materials and ownership
Guidance materials, feedback notes, structured suggestions and educational content provided by TutorsHive remain the intellectual property of TutorsHive Private Limited unless expressly assigned. Where you provide student-authored drafts, code, datasets or files to us for review, ownership remains with you. Materials provided to you for guidance purposes are for personal educational use.
10
Our commitment
TutorsHive treats project details, student information, briefs and communication as confidential. Access is limited to the in-house team and matched experts working on your project. See our Privacy Policy for details on personal data handling.
11
The scope of our responsibility
TutorsHive provides guidance in good faith based on the information and documents provided by the student. Academic outcomes, grades and university decisions are the responsibility of the student and their institution. TutorsHive’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service engaged. TutorsHive is not liable for indirect, consequential or academic-outcome-related losses.
12
