User Responsibilities

- You are responsible for understanding and adhering to your institution’s academic integrity policies.
- Misuse of our services is strictly prohibited, including selling the purchased work to some other client.
- It is the student/client’s responsibility to provide the complete assessment brief, marking rubric, module guidance, templates, lecturer instructions, and any other relevant academic requirements before work begins.
- Where the university or lecturer has communicated requirements separately from the written assessment brief, including expectations regarding methodology, research design, data collection, structure, topic, framework, or assessment format, the student/client must communicate these requirements to TutorsHive in writing.
- TutorsHive will prepare academic guidance based on the documents, instructions, and information supplied by the student/client. TutorsHive cannot be held responsible for requirements or expectations that were not stated in the supplied brief/materials or communicated to us before completion of the work.
- Students are expected to share drafts or proposed approaches with their lecturer/supervisor wherever their institution provides an opportunity to obtain formative feedback. Any feedback, corrections, approvals, or directions received from the lecturer/supervisor should be forwarded to TutorsHive promptly so that the work can be aligned accordingly.
- For proposals, dissertations, research projects, and similar assessments, the student/client is responsible for confirming with their lecturer/supervisor any requirements that are not explicitly stated in the assessment brief, particularly the expected research methodology, such as primary research, secondary research, qualitative, quantitative, mixed methods, or systematic review
- The student/client should review the delivered draft before submission and notify TutorsHive of any discrepancy with lecturer guidance or institutional requirements within the applicable revision period.

Ordering and Payment
- All orders must be placed through our website or designated channels.
- 50% Payment as advance must be made upfront for the order to be processed.
- Pricing varies based on factors such as deadline, complexity, and word count.
Delivery Policy
- Completed orders will be delivered via email or through your account on our website.
- Delivery times are subject to the agreed deadline, provided all requirements are submitted on time.
- Delivery of all completed assignments, projects, or other services will only be initiated once the payment has been received in full.
- Partial payments or outstanding dues will delay the delivery of the work, regardless of the deadline initially agreed upon.

Revision Policy

- Submit the newly created document as your final assignment.
- File Naming:
- Rename the file according to your specific assignment or subject.
- Do not use the order ID or the same file name provided by TutorsHive.
- File Properties:
- Check the properties of the file to ensure that the author is listed as your name (the student’s name).
- Software Knowledge:
- If you are unfamiliar with any software or how to execute the required tasks, it is your responsibility to inform us immediately for guidance.
- File Sharing:
- Do not share your assignment files with others. Sharing files could lead to plagiarism and originality issues.
- Plagiarism and AI Checks:
- Do not check plagiarism or AI-generated content using other logins or sources, as they may steal your data and submit it to Turnitin.
- Personal Information in Reports:
- Fill in your personal details, including university name, your name, your student ID, your professor’s name, signatures, and date, in the report before submission.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued exclusively in the form of credits. These credits can be used for future services on our platform and cannot be converted to cash or transferred to any other account.
- Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
- Failure to deliver the order by the agreed deadline.
- Failure of the assignment with valid proof.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after order delivery.
- All refund requests are subject to investigation and approval by our team.
- Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Delays or issues caused by incomplete or unclear instructions from the client.
