Built by a founder who saw that international students weren’t missing ability — they were missing structured, ethical academic guidance. TutorsHive is here to close that gap.
TutorsHive was founded in 2019 after seeing something that repeats across universities: international students struggle not because they lack ability, but because they are unfamiliar with academic expectations, university standards, research structure, referencing styles, dissertation planning, critical writing and technical project requirements.
The goal was to build a guidance-led platform where students can get expert support, understand what is expected, improve their academic confidence and receive structured direction — without crossing academic integrity boundaries.
The company has grown from academic writing and dissertation support into a broader two-pillar academic guidance platform covering both Research & Writing Guidance and Technical & IT Project Guidance.
“TutorsHive was built to give students the right guidance at the right stage. We do not want students to depend on shortcuts; we want them to understand their work, improve their confidence and move forward with clarity.”
— Saakhshi Saxena, Founder & CEO
Founder-led standards
Standards are founder-led. Delivery is expert-led.
Every project — regardless of subject, expert or scale — runs through the same quality bar, the same integrity boundary, and the same guidance methodology. Those are set at the founder level. What changes is the expert combination who delivers the guidance.
That distinction matters. It means a student who comes to TutorsHive for a dissertation gets the same standard of guidance as a student who comes for a software project. Different subjects, different experts — same quality gate.
The expert network
Who actually guides your work
TutorsHive works through a combination of in-house team members, QC specialists, academic experts, technical experts and external subject specialists, depending on the task.
Each part of the network has a specific role:
In-house team members own the project relationship, the timeline and the integrity check
QC specialists run independent quality review before your work is returned — a separate pair of eyes on every project
Academic experts provide subject-matter guidance across research, writing, methodology and data analysis
Technical experts provide programming, software, data and AI/ML project guidance
External subject specialists are engaged for high-stakes disciplines — Nursing, Medical, Law — or for specialised technical work
5,000+ registered experts across our wider academic and technical network.
This is a wider registered network — experts are matched to projects based on subject, level, availability and expertise. It is not an on-staff team, and we don’t describe it that way. The breadth is what lets us match projects genuinely, rather than force-fit whoever happens to be available.
TutorsHive is positioned as a guidance platform, not a done-for-you service. We support students with clarity, structure, research direction, methodology, editing, technical guidance, code review, debugging guidance, documentation guidance and viva preparation.
We do not promote impersonation, fabricated work, undisclosed ghostwriting or academic misconduct. And we don’t bend that rule when a student asks — because bending it once undermines the whole reason TutorsHive works.
Everything TutorsHive does sits under two co-equal pillars — because a strong dissertation and a strong technical project both need structured expert guidance, just from different disciplines.

High-stakes review
When additional review is mandatory
For Nursing, Medical and Law projects, we run a hard review gate before project closure — because those disciplines have real consequences and the guidance quality needs an additional layer of subject-expert oversight.
