Ordering and Payment

- 50% Payment as advance must be made upfront for the order to be processed.
- Pricing varies based on factors such as deadline, complexity, and word count.
Delivery Policy
- Completed orders will be delivered via email or through your account on our website.
- Delivery times are subject to the agreed deadline, provided all requirements are submitted on time.
- Delivery of all completed assignments, projects, or other services will only be initiated once the payment has been received in full.
- Partial payments or outstanding dues will delay the delivery of the work, regardless of the deadline initially agreed upon.
- In case of multiple Order booking, if the advance is paid, a few assignments or services will be released but delivery of all orders will only be done once the complete payment is received.
Revision Policy

Submission Policy

- Submit the newly created document as your final assignment.
- File Naming:
- Rename the file according to your specific assignment or subject.
- Do not use the order ID or the same file name provided by TutorsHive.
- File Properties:
- Check the properties of the file to ensure that the author is listed as your name (the student’s name).
- Software Knowledge:
- If you are unfamiliar with any software or how to execute the required tasks, it is your responsibility to inform us immediately for guidance.
- File Sharing:
- Do not share your assignment files with others. Sharing files could lead to plagiarism and originality issues.
- Plagiarism and AI Checks:
- Do not check plagiarism or AI-generated content using other logins or sources, as they may steal your data and submit it to Turnitin.
- Personal Information in Reports:
- Fill in your personal details, including university name, your name, your student ID, your professor’s name, signatures, and date, in the report before submission.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued exclusively in the form of credits. These credits can be used for future services on our platform and cannot be converted to cash or transferred to any other account.
- Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
- Failure to deliver the order by the agreed deadline.
- Failure of the assignment with valid proof.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after order delivery.
- All refund requests are subject to investigation and approval by our team.
- Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Delays or issues caused by incomplete or unclear instructions from the client.
- Failure to clear payment dues before the agreed delivery time.
- Cancellation of orders after work has already commenced.

- Refund credits will be valid for a period of 1 year.
